****** Customer Announcement ******
As some of you may know, I started Doggy Love Bakery back in 2012 in order to donate larger amounts of money to animal charities than I would from my ‘day job’ salary alone. This has meant that running the bakery around my full time job has been quite full on – late nights baking after working all day and then working weekends on the stall at events has meant not much time to spare for myself. At the start of the year, I made a New Year’s Resolution that I would dedicate more time for fun and adventures with my dogs and, for this reason, after 7 years of doggy baking I have decided to close Doggy Love Bakery in order to spend more time with my family, friends and my own six rescued fur babies!
Over the years I have met literally thousands of wonderful people and their amazing doggies and I’ve loved baking treats and cakes for them all. I will always be grateful to you all for your continued support and can’t thank you all enough for your custom, loyalty, friendship and of course for allowing me to meet and bake for your wonderful dogs! I began the bakery out of a genuine love of all things “dog” and I’ve commented to my husband a number of times over the years that when the news and social media are full of horror stories of animal neglect and abuse, having my dog bakery was a constant reminder to me that for all the bad stories and cases, there were millions of spoilt, safe and well-loved dogs and amazingly loving, caring owners in the world too! I will always remember that and cherish the memories I’ve made through the bakery.
I am also grateful to you all for allowing me to support animal charities through your custom. Through sponsored challenges, fundraisers and monthly donations, I have raised/donated well over £14,000 to around 20 different charities and causes and I could not have done this without my bakery and all you lovely people.
I hope to see many of you and your furry friends at dog events in the future – this time as a fellow attendee on a fun day out with my own pooches and not as a working stallholder!
Once again a huge and heartfelt THANK YOU to you all!
Lots of love, woofs and licks

PS – I will be leaving my website up for the foreseeable future – just because it has so many nice testimonials, photos and of course my dog’s blog on. Feel free to add any more testimonials – it’s always nice to hear from my old customers and it’s also a way for you all to keep in touch and give me updates on your fur babies – many of you have become friends over the years 🙂
